Původně vyvinutý pro hotel NoMad v Los Angeles, jsme se rozhodli zpřístupnit tuto mísu, která je tak trochu talířem, i domácím kuchařům, protože její rovný povrch a nízké okraje jsou ideální pro mezze. Představte si jednu s hummusem přelitým restovanými houbami, další s labneh a čerstvými bylinkami a další s trojúhelníčky opečeného pita chleba na namáčení. Byla navržena pro crudo, ale šéfkuchař Daniel Humm ji v Nomad LA používá pro řadu různých jídel, včetně pečeného lilku a salátu z nakládané mrkve.
