Es la que mejor se ve, la que mejor funciona y está disponible en tres tamaños: la grande puede contener un pescado entero o un pollo asado, la mediana sirve como fuente de crudités o de queso (combínala con cuencos y ramequines para servir aceitunas y sus huesos), y la pequeña es ideal para guarniciones en estilo familiar, o incluso puede usarse como plato: el chef del Dream Hotel de Nashville la utiliza para servir hamburguesas y patatas fritas.
