Alun perin Los Angelesin NoMad-hotellille suunniteltu tämä kulhon ja lautasen välimuoto päätettiin tuoda myös kotikokkien saataville, sillä sen tasainen pinta ja matalat reunat tekevät siitä täydellisen mezze-annoksille. Kuvittele yksi kulho hummusta, jonka päällä on paistettuja sieniä, toinen labnehia ja tuoreita yrttejä, ja kolmas dippailtavaksi tarkoitettuja paahdettuja pitaleipäkolmioita. Se suunniteltiin crudo-annoksille, mutta kokki Daniel Humm käyttää sitä useisiin eri ruokiin Nomad LA:ssa, kuten paahdetulle munakoisolle ja marinoituun porkkanasalaattiin.
