Originariamente sviluppato per l'hotel NoMad di Los Angeles, abbiamo deciso di rendere disponibile questa sorta di ciotola, sorta di piatto, ai cuochi casalinghi perché la sua superficie piatta e i bordi bassi la rendono perfetta per il mezze. Immagina una con hummus guarnito con funghi saltati, un'altra con labneh ed erbe fresche, e un'altra ancora con triangoli di pane pita tostato per intingere. È stata progettata per il crudo, ma lo chef Daniel Humm la usa per diversi piatti al Nomad LA, tra cui melanzane arrosto e un'insalata di carote sottaceto.
