Negli ultimi anni abbiamo modificato, rivisto e rimodellato quasi ininterrottamente il design dei nostri vassoi e, dopo aver raccolto il feedback di decine di chef, abbiamo optato per questa forma ovale. È quella che ha l'aspetto migliore, funziona al meglio ed è disponibile in tre dimensioni: il grande può contenere un pesce intero o un pollo arrosto, il medio è perfetto per crudité o taglieri di formaggi (abbinalo alle ciotole e alle ramequin per servire olive e i loro noccioli), e il piccolo è ideale per contorni in stile familiare, oppure può essere usato anche come piatto: lo chef del Dream Hotel di Nashville lo usa per servire hamburger e patatine.
