The 8.5" size is perfect for salads or desserts, and the 1" depth keeps everything from sliding off. They arrived well-packed and the glaze is smooth and even—exactly what I needed for the event, even with the wait for custom production.
I was a little worried about ordering in bulk, but the 8.5" size is perfect for salads and the coupe shape feels substantial without being heavy. The glaze is evenly applied across all 24 pieces, which was my main concern with a custom order.
