These cups have survived a full month of daily commercial use without a single chip or crack, which is more than I can say for our last batch. The lead time was long, but the sales team gave me an accurate estimate upfront and the order arrived right on schedule.
Waited about seven weeks for delivery, but the 24-piece order arrived well-packed and the cups feel sturdy with a nice, classic weight in hand. The ceramic finish is smooth and even, no chips or rough edges anywhere. Exactly what our cafe needed, just plan ahead on the lead time.
