The indigo shade shifted to a lovely deep blue after the first wash, and the hand-dyed marigold edges have held up beautifully. I wear it as my go-to kitchen apron when I’m cooking—it’s absorbent and the natural dyes haven’t faded despite constant use.
The madder root color is way more vibrant in person—it's got this warm, rusty depth that photos don't capture. I've washed it three times and the hand-dye hasn't faded or bled at all.
The marigold dye job has this warm, peachy glow that shifts in the light—exactly the handmade variation I was hoping for. Fabric feels broken-in from day one, and the stitching on the collar is holding up great after a few washes.
