The 1.5-inch height is just right for individual crème brûlée portions, and the square shape gives a more modern look than the round ones I've used before. The glazed finish came out clean and even, no rough edges.
The 2.75-inch width is perfect for individual creme brûlées, and the square sides give them a clean, modern look that photographs well. Glazing is even and smooth, no bubbles or rough spots anywhere on the batch. They've held up through a full dishwasher cycle without any chipping.
Ordered 24 for our catering menu and the 2.75" width fits perfectly on the tasting spoons we use. They're deeper than they look from the 1.5" height, so portions hold up nicely without spilling. Glaze came out even, no chips in the batch.
