13" Round Serving Platter

I finally got to use this for a dinner party and the branzino fit beautifully with room for lemon wedges and herbs around it. The cupped edges kept the juices from spilling when I carried it to the table, which I wasn’t expecting to matter as much as it did.

The slight curve on the edges is perfect for catching juices, and it held a full branzino with room for lemon slices and herbs without anything sliding off. Solid, substantial piece.

I've got a whole roasted chicken and a pile of roasted potatoes on mine with room to spare for the jus, and that slightly cupped rim kept everything from sliding off when I carried it to the table. It's a proper centerpiece that makes the meal feel like an occasion.
